No more guessing, no more tools that never get adopted. A clear, prioritized roadmap, and a path to act on it.
See how it works ↓Most AI advice starts with the technology. We start with what's already creating value in your business, and find where AI and automation can accelerate it. There's usually more leverage sitting in existing operations than people realize.
Running businesses from $1M to $20M in revenue, across a range of industries.
Every business creates value in two ways. Most AI projects only chase one of them.
What people actually receive: faster turnaround, fewer errors, more consistent results.
How the experience makes them feel: confidence, trust, less friction. Usually where the real differentiation lives.
Most "AI assessments" are a five-minute quiz that hands you a generic score. Ours isn't.
It's a structured engagement: 3 to 10 conversations with your leadership team, working through a structured question set spanning strategy, data, operations, and workforce readiness — the depth scales with the size and complexity of your organization.
What you get back isn't a score. It's a custom Key Findings Report built around your business: your specific AI opportunities and risks, a maturity read on where you stand, and a prioritized, phased roadmap for what to do next.
The Assessment gives you a prioritized roadmap. From there, engagements typically move through workflow analysis and a data readiness check, then implementation of the highest-value opportunities first. Some clients want ongoing support after that, an embedded partner who keeps the system current as AI tools and your business both evolve. We can talk through what makes sense once we know your roadmap.
A lighter-commitment way to build AI capability with your team.
A precision diagnostic that surfaces finite vs. infinite thinking across company, team, and individual levels — the cognitive readiness layer that determines whether AI adoption succeeds or stalls.
Surfaces the hidden assumptions and outdated rules of engagement limiting your team, then evolves how they think, collaborate, and innovate in the age of AI.
Moves participants from passive observers to confident daily operators, with a clear mental model across five tool categories and a real workflow built in the room.
Shifts teams from ad hoc AI users to structured AI operators, using the PRO–MPT Framework to build repeatable prompts, variable models, and a personal prompt library.

Hi, I'm Ed. I focus on where AI and automation meet real business operations: how organizations can redesign the way work flows to create real value, reduce friction, and move faster with smaller teams.
My background sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. Over my career I've led complex product and systems initiatives across financial services, insurance, aerospace, defense, and HR technology, always translating between what business leaders need and what technical teams can build. That bridge work is where I've found the most impact.
More recently I've applied that same lens to AI and workflow automation — from individual tools and simple automations up through agentic, multi-agent systems. But the technology never comes first. What matters is the process and systems level: how work actually flows through an organization, where the real bottlenecks are, and which processes are strong candidates for AI-assisted redesign versus which need structural fixes first.
I'm motivated by helping organizations move from complexity to clarity, and by the fact that the tools to do that have never been more accessible than they are right now. That's the lens behind the Assessment: less theory, more "here's exactly where this pays off, and how to get there."
A few quick questions to see if we're a fit.
